Blue Knights Spirit Squad (Cheer & Dance)

Cheer & Dance Camp
The St. Louis Home School Blue Knights are excited to offer a Cheer & Dance Camp for girls ages 11-18 July 19 & 22 from 7:30-9:00 pm at The Art of Dance and Classical Ballet (1120 Technology Dr #104, O'Fallon, MO 63368) and July 27 at Vetta GameTime (4160 Ehlmann Rd, St. Peters, MO 63367). The cost for camp is $5/night and can be paid in cash or check made payable to SLCHSA. Cheer & Dance Camp will teach the names of moves, how to jump and much more. Camp is a great way to meet other girls interested in cheering and/or dancing for the Knights next season, get to know the coaches, learn and have fun.

Knights Cheer & Dance Team Tryouts
The St. Louis Home School Blue Knights are excited to offer Cheer & Dance teams for Home School Girls ages 11-18 for the upcoming Basketball Season. Knights Cheer & Dance teams perform at local High School Basketball games as well as the Home School Regionals and Nationals Tournaments. Everyone interested in being a part of the Knights Cheer and/or Dance team needs to participate in tryouts. Tryouts will take place at O'Fallon Christian Church (9380 Veterans Memorial Pkwy, O'Fallon, MO 63366) August 13 from 2:30-4:30 pm.

Cheer Intensive
Start stunting! We will start to learn some of our cheers and more jumps, but our focus will be learning to stunt and stunt safely! You will try out different positions for stunting (flyer, base, back spot) to find the perfect fit for each girl. This will be a team bonding experience as well to start trusting each other. The intensive is for Home School girls ages 11-18. The cheer intensive will take place August 14 from 1:30-4:30 pm at Starz Cheer & Athletics (1438 Hoff Industrial Dr, O'Fallon, MO 63366).

Dance Intensive
For the dance intensive you will learn and experience different dance styles (including Pom, jazz, and hip hop) from a guest choreographer! The guest choreographer has years of experience and will be teaching a hip hop dance that will be performed later in the season. The intensive is for Home School girls ages 11-18. The dance intensive will take place August 21 from 1:30-4:30 pm at Starz Cheer & Athletics (1438 Hoff Industrial Dr, O'Fallon, MO 63366).
