XC MEDALS in MUDSLIDES & FARMS

Hillsboro Frank Schultz Invitational
The Blue Knights High School and Middle School XC teams returned for the second year in a row to the iconic “horse farm” at the Frank Schulz Invitational in Hillsboro, MO on October 2. Light rain during the early races turned to heavy downpour for the Boys JV race, which produced mudslides for the runners to navigate on a hilly course. Once again challenges were overcome as the Knights pushed hard against their competitors.

  • The Knights celebrated 6 medal finishers for Middle School and 1 for High School.  Medal recipients were: (MS Girls- Faith Brown 2nd, Lynn Criswell 6th, Cami Plymale 8th); (MS Boys – Ruugan Lilly 6th); (JV Girls – Tabby Bryant 9th).
  • The Knights ran 4 full teams for team competition.
  • Middle School Girls took 2nd place out of 5 teams.
  • Varsity Boys took 9th out of 14 teams.
  • JV Girls took 5th out of 9 teams.
  • JV Boys took 6th out of 11 teams.
